Hello everybody!
I’m Liz, and I’m currently a Graduate Library Trainee in Oxford. I’ll being using this blog as I work my way through the cpd23 things – Thing 1, creating a blog, seems to be going OK so far! It did take me quite a while to come up with a name though, and I suspect if my name didn’t conveniently begin with an ‘L’ I might still be deliberating.
I’m hoping that in working my way through the 23 things I’ll pick up new skills and get to grips with different tools that will be useful at work. I’m also hoping that by blogging about everything I’ll improve at evaluating and reflecting, not something which always comes naturally to me.
I’ll also be using the blog to write about my experiences as a graduate trainee, and anything else that takes my fancy (but it’ll probably be library related!).
